Pat Farnack, longtime radio host on WCBS Newsradio 880 in New York City, recently interviewed Michael Stallard about the trend toward “brutal honesty” in the workplace and its unintended consequences.

Instead of brutal honesty, Michael says to encourage honesty combined with respect. This approach increases the likelihood of critical information making its way up the chain to decision makers.
