We're excited to launch our next CCA cohort in summer, 2019! We'll be taking a limited number of people in the cohort. We believe transformational learning happens when participants feel connected and accountable to a learning community. We’ve designed our course from the ground up to create this experience. You will learn with like-minded colleagues and peers, and immediately apply what you're learning. Most organizations struggle to get everyone fully engaged and don’t know where to start.  We developed online learning groups that help you build a Connection Culture so you can break through to new levels of engagement and performance.

Our online learning groups provide a blueprint for building a Connection Culture that creates Vision, Value, and Voice for everyone in the organization.  Learning groups combine digestible, online content with live coaching sessions. You’ll learn with colleagues and come away with insights you can put into practice right away.

OUR TWO-STAGE TRAINING APPROACH

First, we’ll lead your internal Connection Culture coaches through our online training in learning groups. They’ll develop a Connection Culture mindset and gain the tools to train your people. Developing internal Connection Culture coaches is a key step in owning the process of becoming a Connection Culture.

Second, you’ll deploy your internal Connection Culture coaches to lead your people through our online training in learning groups. Our course will help your employees develop the mindset and skills they need to promote connection throughout the entire organization.

LEARNING GROUP CURRICULUM

How do teams and organizations achieve sustained success? While there is no single factor, there is an X-factor that acts as a catalyst for sustained thriving. Research demonstrates that a Connection Culture is the key catalyst to drive sustained individual and organizational thriving.
